Trauma therapy that helps you move forward.
What to Expect
-
Receive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home through secure video conferencing.
I offer both 45- and 90-minute sessions, with the option to meet more frequently as treatment progresses. For clients who are ready and clinically appropriate, this may include twice-weekly 90-minute sessions to allow more time and momentum for trauma work.
Clients must be physically located in Utah at the time of each session due to licensing requirements.
-
45-minute sessions are $150
90-minute sessions are $300
I do not bill insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that helps people heal from the lasting effects of trauma and other difficult life experiences.
Rather than only talking about or learning to cope with the effects of the past, EMDR helps the brain process experiences that may still feel “stuck,” so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity in the present.
I also incorporate other evidence-based techniques to create a personalized treatment approach based on your individual needs and goals.

I specialize in working with adults whose past or childhood trauma is still affecting their lives today, even when life on the outside is relatively stable.
Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationship patterns, or a persistent feeling of being “stuck.” My approach is especially well suited for clients who are ready to actively work on the experiences behind those patterns, rather than primarily using therapy to manage the challenges of the week.
You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Part of beginning treatment is making sure you have the stability, skills, and support needed to move into deeper trauma work.
“I felt like I was able to finally cope with the hard things I couldn’t even talk about. Now I can talk about them and feel comfortable with them. I feel lighter and happier.”
