As a mental health/trauma therapist, my passion is to help adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues that may stem from past or childhood trauma. I believe that therapy is a valuable tool to help you embrace your true self and live the life you desire. During our sessions, I will work with you to personalize your therapeutic experience based on your specific needs. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe and accepting space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings, and where intentional healing can take place. To address the roots of your symptoms, I blend various modalities, and primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address past trauma. I incorporate different techniques to create a comprehensive therapeutic approach that promotes deeper growth.
Telehealth-VideoConference
At this time, I am providing sessions through videoconference ONLY. No in person sessions will be held. All sessions are held through a secure HIPPA compliant video conference system. I am currently licensed to see clients who are physically located anywhere in the state of Utah.
