Fees
My fee is $100 per telehealth session, due at each appointment. When filling out the intake paperwork, you will be asked to put credit or debit card information in for billing purposes. You can put your HSA/FSA card in as the credit card if you would like to, however you must also put in a non HSA/FSA card to cover inadvertent no-shows and late-cancellation fees. I only accept cash or checks if there are extenuating circumstances. Paying by credit or debit card through my secure billing system is the preferred method of payment.
Insurance
I do not bill insurance or do courtesy insurance billing, but I am happy to provide you with a superbill (statement for insurance) upon request that you can submit to your insurance on your own.
*Please note: Even if you found me through your insurance website, I no longer accept insurance and all paperwork has been submitted to terminate my contracts with them. They are usually (and unfortunately) slow to update their provider directories.
