Steps to Get Started:
1. Please read through the information found on the Services and Financial Info tabs so that you are familiar with the type of therapy I offer and the financial requirements for treatment. It is important that you are a good fit for my specialty so that you can receive the appropriate treatment for your issues.
2. Fill out the Request an Appointment form below. Please note: I only see clients in the mornings and early afternoons. The last available session of the day starts at 3:00pm. If you will require evening appointments only, then we are not going to be a good fit for each other.
3. Watch your email for a response. Within 1 week, you will receive intake documents and consent forms to fill out. These will come from a service called Simple Practice - please check your spam folder if you haven't seen anything after 1 week. If there are questions as to whether or not my therapeutic approach will be a good fit for you, I will email you to discuss.
4. Fill out the intake documents completely and make sure you click on the submit button to send them back to me.
5. Once all the paperwork is complete, I will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment (I will usually reach out through texting to schedule).
6. Attend your sessions. You will receive an email 24 hours (and again 10 minutes) prior to your appointment with a link to a HIPPA compliant secure video feed for your session. Please ensure that you have privacy for each session.
